Run reports in VendorPayout to view vendor sales information and payout totals. Then, export the information to a CSV file to use in your favorite reporting program or to import into PayPal Mass Payments. Here's how:

Run Reports

  1. Launch VendorPayout and go to Reports.
Sales and payout data will be displayed for all vendors and payout statuses.

  2. Narrow down to the results you wish to view using the available filters then clicking Submit. Filter by:
    1. Shopify Payment Status
    2. Vendor
    3. Date Range (From: To:)

Information on the Reports Page

The following information is displayed:

  • Vendor
  • Total Products Sold
  • Gross Sales
  • Total Vendor Payout

Drill Down on Product Information

You can further drill down on product and order information for each vendor in the report. Here's how:

  1. Click the Total Products Sold link for the vendor you wish to drill down on.

A new reports window will open displaying the Product Title, Total Sold, Gross Sales, and Vendor Payout for each product.

Results can be further filtered by Shopify Payment Status or Date Range.

  2. Click the Total Sold link for any product to drill down to the vendor's order(s) containing the product.

The Orders screen opens with the orders listed. Learn more about managing your orders and the information available on the Orders screen.

Export Data to CSV or PayPal Mass Payments

The information displayed on the Reports page can be exported to a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file or to a file specifically formatted to be imported into PayPal Mass Payments. Here's how:

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the results grid and click either the Export to CSV or Export to PayPal Mass Payments button.

  3. Open your web browser's download folder to access the downloaded file.
