Vendors who need to reset their VendorPayout password should reach out to you to request a password reset. VendorPayout does not have a reset option for your vendors to use.
How to Reset a Vendor Password
- Launch the VendorPayout app.
- Click the Edit link for the vendor login account you wish to edit.
- Enter a temporary password into the password field.
- Click the Update user button to save the password.
- Send the temporary password to your vendor. Let them know that they can update their password once they have logged in by going to Settings and entering a new password.
