Reset a Vendor's Password

Vendors who need to reset their VendorPayout password should reach out to you to request a password reset. VendorPayout does not have a reset option for your vendors to use.

How to Reset a Vendor Password

1. Launch the VendorPayout app.
   
   
2. Click the Edit link for the vendor login account you wish to edit.
   
   
3. Enter a temporary password into the password field.
   
   
4. Click the Update user button to save the password.
   
   
5. Send the temporary password to your vendor. Let them know that they can update their password once they have logged in by going to Settings and entering a new password.
