Locate & Manage Your Orders

VendorPayout gives you the ability to search for and view your Shopify order information. It also allows you to correct order information within VendorPayout, which is useful if you need to manually correct the order information that was synced from Shopify.

This article will show you:

• The information available in the Orders screen
• How to locate specific orders in VendorPayout
• How to edit order information within VendorPayout

Information on the Orders Page

When you first go to the Orders page in VendorPayout the following information is displayed for all orders:

• Total Sales: The total amount of sales for all orders
• Vendor Payouts: The payouts due/made to your vendors for all orders 
• Your Profit: Your profit from all orders
  
  

The Order Grid lists the following information:

• Order ID
• Order Date
• Products on the order
• Vendor associated to the order
• Item Qty
• Price
• Cost
• Extra Cost/Fee
• Vendor Split
• Vendor Payout
• Profit

Locate Specific Orders

Use the Filters on the Orders page to drill down on the specific orders you wish to view. The available filters are:

• Order #: Enter a specific order number to view
• View All Rows: Select whether you wish to view orders marked as Paid or Unpaid
• Filter by Shopify Status: Select the specific Shopify order status for the orders you wish to view
• Filter by Product: View orders that contain a specific product
• Filter by Vendor: Select the vendor for which you would like to view orders
• From & To: Specify a date range for the orders you wish to view
  
  

Click the Submit button to display the specific orders based upon the filter criteria you selected.

The Total Sales, Vendor Payout, and Your Profit totals will be updated to reflect the amounts for the filtered orders.

Edit Order Information in VendorPayout

Order Information

Updates to order information in VendorPayout do not sync back to Shopify.

The following options are available when editing order details in VendorPayout:

• Mark an order as Paid (this is for tracking purposes only. It does not change anything in Shopify Admin)
  
  
• Click the Order ID link to open the order in Shopify admin.
  
  
• Hover over the status icon to view the order's financial status.
  

• Click the Edit link to open the VendorPayout Edit Order screen.
  
  The following information can be updated on the Edit Order screen:
  Be sure to click the Save button to save your changes.
  • Order ID / Name
  • Date
  • Product
  • SKU
  • Price
  • Vendor
  • Vendor Payout
  • Profit
