Sync Orders from Shopify

VendorPayout syncs order data from Shopify every morning. However, you may need to refresh the order data to ensure that any new Shopify orders since the last sync are in VendorPayout or that any order updates are synced from Shopify into VendorPayout.

Here's how to sync orders:

1. Launch VendorPayout.
   
   
2. Go to Orders.
    
3. Do one of the following:
   1. Click the sync icon next to the Orders page title.
      
      
   2. Click the Sync Orders button.
      
      
      

It may take a few minutes to sync your orders.
