Why add a Manual Order to VendorPayout?


You may wish to add a manual order to VendorPayout when a sale was made outside of Shopify and you need to include the sale in VendorPayout so that the payout can be tracked and calculated for the vendor. Adding a manual order is also helpful for tracking one-time fees such as rent.


This article will show you how to add a manual order in VendorPayout.


Add a Manual Order


Not Synced to Shopify


Manual orders added to VendorPayout are not synced back to Shopify.



To add a manual order:


  1. Go to Orders in VendorPayout.

  2. Click the Add Manual Order button.

  3. Enter the following information for the order: (* indicates a required field)
    1. Order ID / Name*
    2. Date*
    3. Product*
    4. SKU
    5. Price*
    6. Vendor*
    7. Vendor Payout*
    8. Profit*

  4. Click the Save button to add the order to VendorPayout.

The order will be added to the Orders Grid on the Orders page.
