Thank you for deciding to sign up with VendorPayout! This article will guide you through adding the VendorPayout app to Shopify, how to sign up for your VendorPayout account, and give you links to help articles that will guide you through automating your payouts in VendorPayout.
Before You Begin
In order to get started, please be sure that you can log into your Shopify admin panel as a user that can add and manage Shopify apps. It is best if you can log into Shopify with full admin rights.
Add the VendorPayout App
The first step is to install the VendorPayout app in your Shopify account. Here’s how:
Log in to Shopify.
Click Add Apps in the left-side menu.
You may be prompted with the Picked for you screen. If so, click the Shopify App Store link at the bottom of the screen.- Type Vendor Payout into the search bar at the top of the page. Then, click on Vendor Payout in the list of results.
- Click the Install button.
A new browser tab will open. - Click the Install button.
Your 7-Day Trial
After the app is successfully installed, you will be prompted to enter your payment information in the form of a credit card or PayPal account. After completing this step, your VendorPayout account will be active and your 7-day trial will begin.
If you wish to cancel prior to the end of your 7-day trial, simply uninstall the VendorPayout app from your Shopify admin.
Launch the VendorPayout App
Now that VendorPayout is added to Shopify, you will want to launch the app so that you can continue to configure it. Here’s how:
Log into your Shopify admin panel if you are not logged in already.
Click Apps in the left-side menu.
Select VendorPayout from the list of available apps.
VendorPayout will open in a new browser tab.
