View Products & Inventory

View your products and inventory levels directly in VendorPayout. Here's how:

The Products & Inventory Screen

1. Launch VendorPayout and go to Products & Inventory.
   
   All products and inventory levels are displayed.
   
   
2. Verify that all products have been synced to VendorPayout. If needed, click the Sync icon.
   This is helpful if you added products to Shopify or if inventory levels have changed since the last time a sync was performed in VendorPayout.
   
   
3. Filter the products using the Filter by Product and/or Filter by Vendor filter options.
   Click the [clear filters] link to return to viewing all products.
   

Available Information on the Products & Inventory Screen

The following information is displayed for each item:

• Product thumbnail
• Product Information
  • Product Title
  • Product Category
  • Date of the last order
• Vendor
• Inventory Information
  • Variants (SKU)
  • Price
  • Inventory

Export Product & Inventory Information

VendorPayout gives you the ability to export your product and inventory information to a Comma Separated Value (CSV) file so that you can manage the data in your favorite program. Here's how:

1. Follow the steps 1-3 above to filter the products that you wish to export to the CSV file. If no filters are selected, all products will be exported.
   
   
2. Scroll to the bottom of the products list and click the Export to CSV button.
   The CSV file will be generated and automatically downloaded.
   
   
3. Open your web browser's download folder to access your file.
